Fall into Presence: Join Our “Droplets of Love” Walk & Talk Series
As the air turns crisp and leaves begin to shift into hues of amber, gold, and rust, we’re reminded that change can be grounding and restorative. This Fall, Rooted in Nature Therapy invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, our community, and the natural world—through our “Droplets of Love” Walk & Talk series. 🌿
Our Walk & Talk sessions are more than just a stroll. They are heart-centered, guided experiences designed to support your social and emotional well-being in the gentle company of nature. Together, we will explore:
Mindful walking practices and grounding techniques
Reflection prompts to honor your inner landscape
Storytelling and imaginative exercises inspired by the natural world
Opportunities to nurture connection, both with yourself and those around you
Each session is intentionally small, intimate, and bilingual (English & Spanish), supporting space for courage, presence, and meaningful connection. We’ll meet in an outdoor settings in Montecito Heights as supported by our local Audubon Society. Public Lands becoming both our guide and companion.
